“We need a monthly communication service that allows us to send text reminders and call our research participants about completing their on-line surveys without them having access to team members’ personal phone numbers. Using SendHub allows us to increase communication via consistent text messaging and phone calls to promote the highest level of compliance with our diary-based assessments, reminders for our home visits and reminders for online surveys. Another important feature of SendHub allows us to schedule reminders in advance during hours when staff are unavailable to manually send text reminders. This improves participant compliance completing our project research surveys. An additional feature SendHub provides is allowing us to create and organize templates of scripted messages we regularly send to research participants.
